Beach To Beacon

This annual August 10K inspires most of us from Maine to start running or take it up a notch. You’ll train on the course and the track, with workouts Ram(p) it Up, a 10 X 1 minute hill repeat workout, the Fartlek Fortloop, a scenic interval run that shows your progress throughout the season, and Track Rats, where running in circles is fun and effective.  Standard training fees apply. Share the sessions with friends to stretch your dollar.
