Web training plans are easy to access but hard to adjust and stick to when you miss a week or are tired, grumpy, injured or just bored with what seemed like a good idea. My most successful runners I see at least once a week. I can see and learn things about your strengths and weaknesses as you run or do your core exercises that email or phone coaching don’t show. Standard training fees apply for sessions.
