Learn routines to work out on your own, or give yourself regular coached sessions as frequently as you’d like so you’ll have to show up. FitMe workouts rarely require machines, and the variety of multi-joint movements will improve your athletic performance and improve your walking, climbing, lifting and rushing-around capabilities.
The options range from gentle stretching, pilates, myofascial release and light weight work to strenuous body-weight exercises using the TRX, rubber tubing, dumbbells, medicine balls, steps, stability balls, and the BOSU. Standard training fees apply.
