This approach requires attention to detail and careful practice in order to change the way you swim or run.  Learn new muscular habits to turn off muscles that are draining you of energy and making you slow and injury-prone. Learn, practice and enjoy your workouts that will focus on technique, not speed. The speed will come!  We videotape your form: underwater if you are a swimmer so you can really understand what’s going on. These workouts are great to do with a partner (s) and you can split the cost of your session(s): $70
