One-on-one training focuses on you: your goals, your strengths, your limitations. Jumpstart yourself with a few sessions and then work out on your own or with others, or schedule ongoing sessions for as long as you like.
Misery loves company? Yes! But “a state or feeling of great distress or discomfort of mind or body” is exactly the opposite of the We Fit feeling of euphoria: “a feeling or state of intense excitement and happiness”.
