Class schedule August 3 – August 28

The Outdoor Wednesday Essentrics class at Fort Williams can be signed up for thru Cape Elizabeth Community Services: 4 weeks for $35. Or drop in and pay me there for $10. Or sign up for unlimited classes both Fort Williams and Zoom and pay your month fee that includes the Fort.

For Zoom, bring a paper plate or sliding disk, a chair, weights, a band for stretching and a stretchy loop band for leg work.


MONDAY

Essentrics, Mat Core

7:45 – 8:30 am

Full Body Strength and Stretch plus Stability Ball Option

8:30 – 9:15 am

Full Body Strength with Pilates to start

I will email you by 7:30 am if class will be zoomed instead. If you hear nothing, see you at the flagpole. DROP INS FOR $10 CAN JOIN US.

Full Body Step, Strength and Stretch

Step is 8:00 – 8:20. Strength 8:20 – 9:10. Stretch 9:10 – 9:30

Essentrics Basics

Loosen up and work on your form, or if you’re new, use this as a way to introduce yourself to this gentle, therapeutic, lengthening and strengthening work.

Please plan to pay in advance of your week(s).

Fort Williams: If you are choosing the full month of 4 Wednesdays, you can register through Cape Elizabeth Community Services for $35.  Thus, you would make payment only to Sarah MacColl for Zoom classes.  Or, pay as a drop in for $10 each week. You can pay Sarah ahead if you like. She can pay CECS.

Zoom: 3 classes or less (doesn’t matter which ones)  $30

3 or less Zoom classes plus 1 outdoor  $40 weekly

Zoom only: unlimited classes  $50 weekly

Zoom unlimited plus Fort Williams $60 weekly. Maximum flexibility and fitness. Miss the morning? Come in the afternoon.  Or both.

If you are paying for 2, 3 or 4 weeks, you may vary your weeks, E.g., chose unlimited one week, and just Zoom for other weeks.  Just do the math using the information above.

If you are paying for all 4 weeks of unlimited classes 10 Zoom and Outdoor, at $60 per week,  take 10%  off your total: $216

Drop-in outdoor classes $10 per class $40 Fort Williams Flagpole( Zoom if bad weather)

OR MIX AND MATCH If you select a monthly plan, you can vary your weekly choice to fit your schedule. For example,  you can choose two weeks at $60 ( unlimited) and two weeks just Zoom at $50. Your total would be 240. This is not eligible for the 10% discount.
